Access to your personal storage box is only possible for you or persons authorized by you.

In principle, you are not obliged to insure your stored items. We insure each box with a basic amount of € 1000.00. If this is not sufficient, you can insure your stored items for up to € 20,000.00.

Create a list of all your stored goods. We will be happy to advise you on the unit size over the phone or in person on site, or you can find the right unit directly online using our calculator here.

Pack your items in packaging suitable for transportation. You can also purchase these in our store or on site.

Organize a suitable vehicle (you can also book a transport service and/or trailer with us) or use our removal service with our in-house removal company to transport your belongings.

Perishable foodstuffs or other perishable goods or living creatures (of any kind), highly flammable materials/substances, weapons, explosives or other explosive substances (of any kind) as well as drugs, narcotics, chemicals and radioactive materials, toxic waste materials, hazardous waste (of any kind) or other hazardous materials and materials that could affect third parties through emissions.

We offer you storage boxes in various sizes - from compact lockers with 1 m² (1 m³) to spacious premium boxes with up to 12 m² and a practical roller shutter door. Whether for personal items, furniture, moving boxes or commercial goods.

With our size calculator you can quickly and easily determine your individual space requirements. You can then reserve your desired box directly via our booking portal. If the desired size is not currently available, please contact us - we will be happy to help you.

Our self-storage facility is secured with an electric locking system. Only authorized persons can enter our premises using their smartphone login.

Our modern access system makes it possible to track who enters our self-storage facility and when. In addition, your box is secured by you through your personal "smartphone access", for which only you or the people you allow access are granted entry.

The building is also protected against unauthorized access by permanent video surveillance and an alarm system.

In addition to the safety mechanisms mentioned, all boxes are dry and frost-free. Smoke detectors ensure an early alarm in the event of fire. The outside area and corridors are under video surveillance. On request, you can book an individual motion detector for your box, which will inform you as soon as someone enters your box.

For transportation between the car or truck and your box, there are various transport trolleys available.

You can cancel your storage unit at any time at the end of the booked rental period - there is no fixed notice period. The only important thing is that the rented box is left completely empty and clean at the end of the contract.

There are no service charges. All costs are included in your rent. 

No. Each storage room is sealed all around with metal walls and the access door is opaque.

Our service is exempt from VAT for private customers. This means that you do not pay VAT. For commercial customers, our prices are subject to 19% VAT.

A self-storage facility or self-storage center is an offer or a place for the independent storage of furniture and other items that are not constantly needed. This means that you can store items such as furniture, goods, files and personal belongings yourself in individual, secure and lockable rental rooms (storage boxes/units) of various sizes.
